User Accounts

- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

Subscription and Payment

- Damages resulting from service interruptions
- Damages resulting from third-party actions
- Any other damages arising from your use of our services
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Propensity and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you create or transmit using our services
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Propensity regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
